There are many ways to make zines, and you pretty much can't mess it up (without trying really hard), but here are some suggestions of methods / techniques / form / content to get you started:
OPTION 1
Step 1: Take a piece of paper and fold it along the pink lines (shown above)
Step 2: Cut along the pink line (shown above)
Step 3: Write / decorate / do as though whilst with roughly the orientation shown above
Step 4: Ta da!
OPTION 2
Step 1: Take a piece of paper and fold it along the pink lines (shown above)

Step 4: This one can easily be made double-sided, so continue to write / decorate / do as though whilst with roughly the orientation shown above

A great way to find prompts is to just take a deck of Pictionary (or a comprable game) cards from the thrift store and go from there!
