UPCOMING WORKSHOPS:
Junk it up: A Junk Journal Workshop For the Fun at Heart @ New Carlisle Public Library (408 Bray Street in New Carlisle, Indiana) on Saturday, March 28, 2026 from 2 - 3 pm (EASTERN TIME)
Learn to make junk journals out of upcycled materials! Participants will learn two techniques for assembling journals out of found materials. Basic supplies provided (paper, scissors, card board, some scrapbooking materials) but feel free to bring your own junk mail, ticket stubs, photographs, stickers, and ephemera for personalized decorations. Participants will have the opportunity to make and decorate 2-4 of their own journals to take home. (It's like a short scrapbook made with less of a time commitment.) Makes a great present for birthdays, anniversaries, mementos -- or just enjoy some stress-free time creating a collage for yourself!
